Plymouth Parkway AFC 4 Ivybridge Town AFC 2

Parkway turned around a 2-1 deficit to beat Ivybridge 4-2 in a sparkling SW Peninsula Premier derby.

Ivybridge's James Rowe set the tone for a frenetic first half, winging in to make it 1-0 to after two minutes.

Callum Martindale replied 10 minutes later but straight from kick off Ivies ace Lee Doel raced down the right, cut in and sent an unstoppable rising drive past diving Martin Piper to restore the visitors advantage. It was a superb solo goal.

Levi Landricombe made it 2-2 from a 22nd minute spot kick as fireworks lit up the city sky behind Dan Batten’s goal.

Striker Landricombe put Parkway ahead for the first time on 51 minutes with a deft finish, clipping the ball home with the outside of his boot from the edge of the box, and 20 minutes later completed his hat-trick as Parkway finished in the ascendancy.
