Team Bath Buccaneers extending their England Hockey League winning run to 11 matches following yesterday’s 6-1 win Men’s Conference West win over Lichfield.
Tom Alsop (15, 55 mins), Tim Davenport (24 pc, 70 pc) Phillip Ball (33 pc) and skipper Matt Ruxton (49 pc) were on target for the runaway leaders, who are set to visit Cardiff & UWIC on Sunday (1300).
Fifth placed Cardiff & UWIC will be seeking to build on their 3-2 comeback win at third placed University of Birmingham where Stefan Ray-Hills scored a last minute winner.
Liam Brignull (36, 64 pc) put UWIC 2-1 up.
