Marshall, who has just signed a new contract, has been sidelined by injury since pre-season. His last Cherry & Whites appearance was the European Rugby Challenge Cup final.

Gloucester RugbyCharlie Beckett will skipper Gloucester Rugby in a side that features fit-again Ross Moriarty for the first time this season as the Cherry and Whites kick off their Anglo-Welsh Cup campaign at holders Leicester Tigers.
There is significant experience in the starting line-up, notably British & Irish Lion Moriarty who is making his eagerly awaited comeback after injury, as well as Andy Symons, Paddy McAllister, James Hanson, Gareth Denman and Gareth Evans.


MATT GARVEY returns to lead Bath in cup

Outside centre James Wilson and wing Levi Davis make their Bath Rugby debuts in the Anglo-Welsh Cup opener against London Irish.

Ben Tapuai returns to partner Wilson in midfield, with Jack Wilson taking his place on the opposite wing to Davis.
