Weather scuppers tonight's Ivybridge Parkway clash

Wet weather struck again with heavy overnight rain causing the postponement of tonight's Devon County St Luke’s Bowl second round tie between Ivybridge Town and Plymouth Parkway because of a waterlogged pitch at Erme Valley.

The match has been re-arranged for next Wednesday (Nov 15) with a 7.30pm kick-off.

IVYBRIDGE boss Stewart to step down at end of season

Darren Stewart30663DARREN Stewart is set to step down as manager of South West Peninsula League side Ivybridge Town at the end of the season and has officially informed the players and club committee of his decision.

Stewart explains: “The club were aware prior to the current campaign that promotion was the sole focus of this season for me and that I would be prepared and excited to lead the club into a new era in step five football but, if we did not achieve this, then my time at the club would finish.

Goalless turn of year signals Millbrook improvement
