FA VASE 4R Bitton, Buckland home on road to Wembley

buildbase fa vase logoBitton AFC have been drawn at home to Western League rivals Warminster Town in the FA Vase fourth round on Saturday January 11.

In another all-Western League fourth round tie Bradford Town - who top the Premier Division today - will travel to mid-Devon to play Newton Abbot's Buckland Athletic as the competition enters its last 32 teams stage.

Plymouth Parkway FC will travel to Suffolk side Woodbridge Town on Jnauary 11 following their 4-0 replay win at Stanway Rovers last night.

Parkway - who beat Tim Sills' Hamworthy United 4-1 in Poole on Saturday thanks to four goals from player of the match Jordan Copp - now face a 636 miles round trip to visit Woodbridge Town, who drew 1-1 at home to Stanway on Saturday.

Andy Crabtree's mid-table First Division Warminster Town side came back from a goal down to upset Bristol based Western Prem Roman Glass St George 2-1 at Oaklands Park yesterday after George Box had fired Glass ahead.

The draw means at least two - and possibly three - Western League sides will feature in the final 16 stage of the national competition which concludes with a final day out at Wembley.
