There will be 160 ties on the weekend commencing Saturday October 3.
Ties will be split into five regions and as with previous rounds South West Sports News will freely promote our regional ties.
Winning clubs at the 2QR stage are set to receive £3375 from the prize fund, losing sides £1125.
Fans of Christchurch FC, who upset Dorset rivals Dorchester 2-1, Royal Wootton Bassett Town, penalty comeback winners at Cinderford Town, and minnows Saltash United, 3-1 home winners over Cirencester Town, will all be eagerly looking forward to the draw and hoping for home ties.
Dane Bunney's step six Ashes are the lowest ranked side remaining in the world famous competition. The South West Peninsula Premier West side have already completed an FA Cup hat-trick of wins over higher ranked sides to record their best run in the competition in 30 seasons.
Also through to the next round are Paul Wotton's Truro City and the likes of Southern Premier rivals Taunton Town, Tiverton Town, Poole Town, Swindon Supermarine, Weston-super-Mare AFC and Wimborne Town.
Southern League 1 South Bristol Manor Farm, Larkhall Athletic, Melksham Town, Moneyfields and Sholing also progressed along with Hellenic Premier Burnham FC.
