New signings Ricky Wells and Gino Franchetti are in the Plymouth Devils seven to race Redcar Bears home and away in Premier League Speedway matches this week.
The Devils will also be boosted by the return from international duty of number one Ben Barker while Lee Smart is set to return from injury for the home clash at the St Boniface Arena on Friday evening (1930).

Plymouth Devils' Premier League speedway match at Workington tonight (1900) was postponed this morning due to a waterlogged track.
The meeting was postponed just before 0900 following an early morning track inspection.

University of Exeter have retained the British Universities Sailing Association fleet racing team title.
Exeter pipped University of Plymouth to the title over an exciting two days of racing - in perfect racing conditions - from the Mount Batten Centre in Plymouth Sound.

Plymouth gained their first away victory since joining the Premier League this season when they won 45-44 against Leicester Lions at Beaumont Park last night.
Ben Barker, who returned to lead the side after top-scoring for Great Britain in the second test against Australia on Friday evening, was in sparkling form against the Lions. He scored 14 points from five rides, being beaten only by Richard Hall in heat 11.

University of Exeter student Izzy Hamilton is on top of the world again after clinching a second successive gold medal at windsurfing's RS:X World Youth Championships, held over the past week in Cyprus.
Having been crowned Britain’s first ever windsurfing world youth champion at last year’s event in Bodrum, Turkey, Hamilton defended her title in style after racking up an impressive 16 point lead in Limassol.

The 2013 Sail for Gold Regatta at the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy starts on Sunday and will welcome over 200 athletes from 22 Nations across the Olympic and Paralympic sailing classes.
A fleet of sailing stars are set to compete over five days off the Dorset coast - illuminated in the world sailing spotlight last summer as host for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic sailing competitions.

The cream of UK windsurfing talent is gathering in Dorset with over 80 windsurfers set to go head-to-head at the annual RYA/UKWA National Windsurfing Championships.
The two-day regatta will be hosted at Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy tomorrow and Sunday.
