Swindon Supermarine booked their place in the final with a 5-2 win over Chippenham Town at Royal Wootton Bassett FC.
They were joined by Swindon Town, who beat Salisbury FC 3-2 after extra time at Melksham Town after the game finished 2-2 in normal time, 90 minutes.
