"Never forget your roots" my rugby-mad Welsh grandma used to remind me. Who would have thought that years later I would be revisiting her sage advice to update a twitter guide to community rugby clubs from South Wales?

South West Sports News is passionate about supporting grassroots sports clubs across South Wales and South West England if we can. It costs us nothing to raise the profile of these fantastic clubs and their unheralded pack of officials, coaches, players, supporters and volunteers by directing you to their twitter feeds... especially when they support us and are as passionate about rugby as we are!
