Faletau was inspirational at number eight for Wales in their 25-24 win over Scotland at Murrayfield seven days ago.
Now he returns to Premiership action for Bath in tonight's Westcountry derby at The Recreation Ground.
Josh Bayliss switches to the second row to replace injured Josh McNally.
Bath’s front row remains unchanged from the 27-22 win at Sale including in-form prop Tom Dunn, who made 34 tackles during last Friday's victory.
Will Muir returns on the left wing while Josh Matavesi and Max Clark pair up again in the centre.
Bath director of rugby Stuart Hooper says: “We have a squad with real strength in depth and our pack will again be a strong weapon on the pitch, with Taulupe coming in during the Six Nations fallow week.
“Josh McNally picked up a minor leg injury during training and is unavailable this weekend.”
Tom Ellis and Jonathan Joseph return to the squad on the bench.
