After a month away, the Cherry & Whites are back at Kingsholm seeking to bounce back from last month's 24-17 Premiership defeat at Exeter.
Tonight's teams are level on 32 points in mid-table after 13 matches, with fifth placed Gloucester edging above Quins on points difference.
Head coach George Skivington has named a largely unchanged side with loosehead prop Val Rapava-Ruskin - who has just penned a new deal - set to make his 100th Gloucester Rugby appearance as he packs down with hooker Seb Blake and Kirill Gotovtsev in the front-row.
Ruan Ackermann returns from injury in the back-row to join Albert Tuisue and captain Lewis Ludlow.
Chris Harris starts in the centre having featured twice from the bench for Scotland in the opening two rounds of the Six Nations.
Henry Walker, Harry Elrington and Jamal Ford-Robinson are the front-row cover on the bench. They are joined by Cam Jordan, Jack Clement, Charlie Chapman, Tom Seabrook and Rees-Zammit.
Wales winger Rees-Zammit makes a welcome return following the ankle injury he sustained during the 28-13 defeat at Leicester on Christmas Eve.
