Asha Francis will again skipper Team Bath as the 2013 Netball Superleague season starts tonight with a top opening fixture against Cardiff-based Celtic Dragons at the University of Bath Sports Training Village (2000).
Singapore international Francis and Bath head into Superleague 2013 on a high after winning the pre-season FastNet Grand Prix tournament last month.
The Superleague Team Bath netball captain said: "It's been a long build-up to the season and we're really excited about getting going."
This term marks Serena Guthrie's first season as vice-captain and her appointment comes after she played a starring role in midcourt in helping England secure a historic 3-0 Test series win over netball world champions Australia last month.
Team Bath head coach Jess Thirlby said: "Asha and Serena will make a great partnership, but we're lucky enough to have a team of leaders on court.
"We've been training hard and now we're raring to go."
Tonight's Superleague opener is set to be aired live on Sky Sports 4.
• Celtic Dragons first home Superleague 2013 match is against Team Northumbria at Sport Wales, Sophia Gardens (1700) on Saturday February 16, when Bath visit Manchester Thunder.
