I have just been for a run in the rain.
It's been pouring down in Plymouth and rather than duck out of the downpours I decided to engage them - head on.

The pace was hot but so too the weather for today's Plymouth Half Marathon, won by Burundian-born Birchfield Harrier Jean Ndayisenga in a scorching 1:05:34.
Second senior male over the Plymouth Hoe finishing line was Kenya's Simon Tonui in 01:07:09. Tonui won this year's Bath half.
