Sam Bedlow makes his first Premiership start for Bristol Bears as they bid to roar back against defending champions Saracens at Ashton Gate today (1730).

The 23-year-old former Sale centre is one of five changes to the side that suffered a 26-19 defeat against Bath at Twickenham last Saturday. Bury-born Bedlow has yet to start a Prem game for Bears although has appeared as a replacement.

Bath's Joe Cokasinga wings in to start for England as head coach Eddie Jones makes five changes to the side beaten by Wales for Saturday's Six Nations clash against Italy at Twickenham (1645ko).
 
Cokanasiga (Bath Rugby) starts on the right wing for his fourth cap while Ben Te’o (Worcester Warriors) comes in at inside centre with Manu Tuilagi (Leicester Tigers) moving to outside centre.

A crowd of 60,000 is expected to descend on the Twickenham home of England Rugby today as South West derby rivals Bath Rugby and Bristol Bears go head-to-head in round 18 of the Premiership (1400).

Max Lahiff comes into the Bath front row at tighthead while Dave Attwood returns to the starting line-up to partner captain Charlie Ewels in the second row.

England head coach Eddie Jones has named his Six Nations team to play Wales today in Cardiff (1645ko, live on BBC).
 
Jones has made two changes to the starting XV following injuries to Chris Ashton (Sale Sharks) and Mako Vunipola (Saracens) with Exeter Chiefs pair Jack Nowell selected on the right wing and Ben Moon at loosehead prop.
