South West Sports News will attempt to post as many regional Colts Rugby union fixtures, results and training nights as we can from South West England and South Wales.

As ever I am relying on you to be proactive in informing me where, when and what time your SW Colts Rugby fixtures are taking place, if they are league - name of league - or cup ties, as well as results of matches, or if they are postponed, as soon as practically possible.

It costs us nothing to raise the profile of these fantastic clubs and their unheralded pack of officials, coaches, players, supporters and volunteers by directing you to their twitter feeds... especially when they support us and are as passionate about rugby as we are!

More and more community rugby clubs are tracking South West Sports News on twitter so we want to make sure those same teams are given the opportunity to pass on important club information.

My aim is to list as many of those great "grassroots" rugby clubs, who regularly utilise twitter as a resource to inform and communicate from across the South West Divisions and have been such good sports to South West Sports News during long, wet winter months.
