The recent continued wet weather has left the Creedy Park ground waterlogged and with no prospect of an improvement in conditions the decision has been taken to cancel both of the Group Two matches.
Each side will be awarded two points with Devon suffering their fifth washout in six matches in a frustrating and soggy start to their season.
Herefordshire will hope for better luck with the weather tomorrow when they face Cornwall at Werrington in another T20 double-header.
Devon are set to host Cornwall at Cornwood in their final group matches next Sunday, May 7... weather-permitting.
