Hollman, a batsman/leg-spinner, is a member of the Middlesex Academy and will make his debut as part of Berkshire’s mutually-beneficial relationship with the first-class county.
Berkshire players Andy Rishton, Dan Lincoln and Archie Carter – who will all play against Cheshire – all play regularly for Middlesex’s Second XI and wicketkeeper batsman Jack Davies, another England Under-19 international, was contracted by Middlesex during the winter.
Berkshire, who defeated Herefordshire and Wales in the first two matches of their title defence, welcome back Lincoln, Savin Perera and Tom Nugent but batsman Richard Morris and slow left-armer Luke Beaven are unavailable.
Wicketkeeper Stewart Davison broke a thumb playing for his club Henley so Datchet’s Joe Thomas will take over behind the stumps.
Cheshire will give a debut to all-rounder Mike Finan who has been in fine form for his club, Flowery Field, this season.
Xavie Clarke, the brother of Nottinghamshire and England Lions batsman Joe, will make his debut for Shropshire in their Western Division match against Cornwall at Bridgnorth.
Clarke, who plays his club cricket for Oswestry, will follow in the footsteps of Joe and elder brother Robbie by representing Shropshire.
Oswestry all-rounder Warrick Fynn returns to the side having missed the defeat by Oxfordshire with Alex Phillips taking over as wicketkeeper from the unavailable Ryan Lockley.
Devon have called up Torquay wicketkeeper George Allen for the visit of Wiltshire to Sandford.
Matt Thompson fractured a hand in the defeat by Herefordshire but he will play against Wiltshire as a specialist batsman. Former Lancashire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire all-rounder Wayne White continues as Devon’s locum professional as Peter Trego has T20 Blast commitments with Somerset.
Wiltshire have called up opening batsman William Wade for his seasonal debut as replacement for the unavailable Jake Lintott, who was their match-winner against Cornwall.
Herefordshire will give a debut to batsman Max Tryfonos, who has played Second XI cricket for Gloucestershire this season, against Dorset at Bashley.
Left-arm seamer Riecko Parker-Cole will make his three-day debut for Herefordshire having played T20 for them earlier this season. Kieran Smith will make his seasonal debut in place of captain Matt Pardoe, the former Worcestershire opener, who is unavailable this weekend.
Oxfordshire captain Jonny Cater returns to lead the side against Wales at Usk where Oxford Downs captain George Sandbach will make his debut in place of the unavailable Shabaaz Alam.
Wales have three debutants in their young squad, St Fagans all-rounder Andy Gorvin, Northop Hall batsman Josh Andrady and Cardiff seamer Osama Subhan.
