Wales NC’s semi-final against holders Berkshire will be staged at Port Talbot Town’s New Mansel ground.
Wales played their first-ever county match at Port Talbot in the quarter-finals when Herefordshire were beaten by 39 runs.
Having attracted a good crowd to that tie, Wales hope for a repeat against a Berkshire side who overcame Devon in the quarter-finals.
Cumbria will host their tie against Cambridgeshire, the only side to have won all five of their matches in the competition this season, at Keswick.
It will be Cumbria’s first match at Fitz Park since they hosted Northumberland there in August 2008 – a Championship game that was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
Cumbria’s last one day game at Keswick came 20 years ago in June 2001 when they beat Northumberland by 18 runs in an ECB 38-County Cup group match.
