Penzance will host Truro A in the pick of the men's Cornwall Cup quarter finals.
Camborne School of Mines travel to Liskeard to play Caradon after narrowly avoiding an upset against Duchy A in the first round.
Following a win over Truro B in the opening round, Duchy's first team face a tough quarter final against holders Truro, who received a bye.
West Clubs Women's Hockey League South Division leaders Bude - seeded third - beat Callington in round one to earn a home draw against holders Newquay, third in WCWHL Premier 2B.
Camborne SoM – the lowest ranked side left in the women's competition – are drawn at home to Truro, while Bude 2 beat Bodmin in round one to earn a home tie against Falmouth. Caradon's 7-6 first round win is rewarded with home advantage against South Division rivals Penzance.
