Pat Lam makes six changes from last Friday’s 49-32 home defeat by London Irish.

Welsh international ace Sheedy returns to his club side having been released during the Six Nations fallow week.

Australian Theo Strang makes his first Premiership start at scrum half as Andy Uren, Harry Randall and Tom Whiteley are unavailable.

Bristolian Academy graduate Jack Bates wings back in to the starting XV at 14.

Jake Kerr and Ed Holmes come into the tight five, while Dan Thomas is named in the back row.

Scrum half Toby Venner – signed on a short-term loan from Gloucester – is listed among the replacements and could make his Bears debut.
