Bath's head of rugby Johann van Graan has made four changes for the Blue, Black and White’s final Premiership match of 2022 against Newcastle Falcons today at the Rec (1500ko).

Max Ojomoh comes into the centre to partner Ollie Lawrence while captain Ben Spencer, fresh from extending his stay at the club, is reinstated at scrum-half.

Dave Attwood is promoted back into the second row and try scorer last time out Niall Annett takes the two jersey.

The team is otherwise unchanged from the side beaten 20-15 at Exeter last Saturday, Christmas Eve.

On the bench, John Stewart could make his Premiership debut and Chris Cloete returns from the broken foot he sustained earlier in the season.

Bristol's win at Quins means Bath start the day at the foot of the table but with sights set on overtaking eighth placed Newcastle in a basement bottom four separated by just two points.
