Clifton have been drawn at home in next February’s Investec Women’s Cup quarter finals following yesterday’s 3-0 third round win over Liverpool Sefton.
Fleur Horner’s side will now host Chelmsford, who knocked out EHL Women’s Conference West newcomers Gloucester City 2-0.
Dawn Mitchell, Zoe Leach and Els Mansell scored for Clifton.
The stand-out quarter final is set to be the all-Investec Women’s Premier Division tie between University of Birmingham and Sutton Coldfield.
The students relied on a golden goal from Somerset’s Sarah Page to book their place following a 1-0 win against fellow Premier rivals Olton & West Warwicks on Sunday.
Sutton Coldfield beat Team Bath Buccaneers 5-2.
Investec Women’s Cup quarter finals:
Clifton v Chelmsford
Doncaster v Buckingham
Sevenoaks v Surbiton
University of Birmingham v Sutton Coldfield
Ties to be played Sunday 19 February 2012
