It’s a big cup day for south west rugby sides today with Cornish Pirates travelling to Cross Keys for the British & Irish Cup semi-final (1500) and the right to meet Munster in the final.
Munster won 36-29 at Leinster after extra time last night.

Torquay boss Martin Ling praised match winner Rene Howe and substitute Ryan Jarvis as United gained their 12th Plainmoor win of the season to stay second in League Two by beating resolute Accrington Stanley 1-0.
Gulls target man Howe crashed in his 13th goal of the season in the 73rd minute after great work by on-loan Walsall forward Jarvis.
