Exeter City have signed creative midfielder Tom Carroll on a one-year deal. Watford-born Carroll has been on trial with the League One Devon club this week and has impressed manager Gary Caldwell, who was keen to get the player signed up.

Exeter City have swooped for Finland international goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo on loan from Premier League side Aston Villa.The 21-year-old is Gary Caldwell’s sixth summer signing and joins the club for the entirety of the 2023/24 season.
