New caretaker player-manager Carl Fletcher was full of praise for Plymouth Argyle as they beat visiting Macclesfield Town 2-0 to claim their first League Two win of the season.
Former club captain Fletcher, assisted by caretaker-keeper Romain Larrieu, said: "It's our first game, a good starting block and nice to get a clean sheet but a bonus to get three points. It gives us something to build on.
