Experienced midfielder David Fox has bid farewell to Plymouth Argyle after three years at the club and over 140 appearances in green.

The popular 35 year old pass master has a young family and made a regular pilgrimage to Plymouth from his home in Manchester during the football seasons since joining Argyle in July 2016.

Fox was offered a new deal to stay at Argyle but like 25 year old central defender Ryan Edwards and gifted goalscoring playmaker Graham Carey - who signed a two-year deal with CSKA Sofia this week - Fox has opted to move on.
