Exeter Chiefs celebrate winning back to back European and domestic rugby union titles following Saturday's 19-13 Gallagher Premiership Final win over Wasps at Twickenham.
Plymouth born England international centre Henry Slade scored Saturday's only Exeter try and also touched down as the Devon club won their first European Champions Cup 31-27 against Racing 92 at Ashton Gate, Bristol just over a week ago.
At Twickenham Exeter skipper and fly-half Joe Simmonds converted Slade's try and slotted over four penalty kicks to lead his side to a famous victory.
Like Slade, 23-year-old Simmonds - from Torquay - is a homegrown ace.
Chiefs, only promoted to domestic rugby's top flight a decade ago, are only the fourth English side to complete the European and domestic double.
