Clifton Ladies Hockey Club midfield ace Georgie Twigg is representing England at this week’s 2011 Rabo FIH Women's Champions Trophy in Amsterdam.
Twigg – who has played twice for Great Britain – is set to be among the three lions' squad that faces China tomorrow (1000 BST) in England's final pool match after twice appearing as a replacement.

Cornwall start the second day of their Minor Counties Cricket Championship match against Cheshire today trailing by 29 runs with two wickets remaining after 18 wickets toppled on the opening day at Boughton Hall, Chester.
Cheshire recovered from 123 for 8 to make 217 all out.

Somerset's Richard Mantell clocked up a special century for England yesterday when he played in the men’s 2011 Rabo Four Nations Cup 2-2 opening draw with Pakistan in Amstelveen, Netherlands.
Established Great Britain defender Mantell, 29, has now won 100 caps for England, scoring 46 times.

Callington top the Jolly’s Drinks ECB Cornwall Premier League following a 101-run win at Truro.
Matt Robins made 63 not out as Callington posted 189 for 9. Truro crashed to 88 all out with Sanjaya Rajapakse taking 5 for 25.

Holders St Just are through to this year’s Vinter Cup Final following a 66-run win over Helston at Hayle CC last night.
St Just made 147-5 with Gary Thomas hitting 41. Helston were in trouble from the start with Kiwi seamer Adam Williams taking 6 for 9 including a hat-trick. They recovered to 81 all out in the last over.
