HARD work brought its reward for Ivybridge Town with a home win over Torrington.Memories of last month’s 5-0 cup win over the north Devon side came to mind as Ivybridge eased into a 2-0 interval lead while Torrington were reduced to ten men after half an hour.

RYAN Turner’s 87th minute winner sent Helston through to the Cornwall Senior Cup quarter-finals after a feisty clash of the Blues.
Substitute Craig Veal’s pace took him past a couple of Liskeard defenders on the right and when he fired low across the six yard box, Turner was there for the tap-in.

RIKKI Shepherd’s 16th goal of the season secured three valuable Western Premier points for Millbrook against Clem Bennelick's well-organised Ilfracombe side.
Shepherd struck in the 72nd minute and for the remainder of the game the Brook gave it their all to protect their first clean sheet in 15 games and their first win in seven.
