Bristol's Craig Figes leads the Great Britain Men's Water Polo team again as they bid to qualify for next year's LEN European Championships in Budapest.
In the next few hours GB start their qualification bid against hosts Georgia in Tblisi at 1830 GET time, which is three hours ahead of British Summer Time.

Torquay United manager Alan Knill has set the relegation haunted Gulls a "win-all" 12-point target in their final four League Two games following yesterday's 3-1 home defeat by play-off hopefuls Bradford City.
United have slipped to 20th in the table, a point above second from bottom York City, ahead of Saturday's trip to runaway leaders Gillingham.

Plymouth Argyle boss John Sheridan hopes Saturday goal hero Jason Banton is fit for tomorrow's crucial relegation "six-pointer" at second from bottom York City.
Tottenham-born Banton, 20, scored a superb solo winner in first half stoppage time as Sheridan's Pilgrims overcame Devon derby rivals Exeter City in front of League Two's biggest gate of the season, 13,251, at Home Park.

Penryn RFC stages the first regional rugby sevens of the summer today.
As of yesterday there were 13 teams – and two "definitely maybes" - taking the field of play in the popular Penryn 7s Easter egg-chasing tournament at Kernick Road, which starts at 1130.
