MILLBROOK’S hectic August schedule came to a disappointing close as they were well beaten by impressive Helston at Jenkins Park.In what was already their ninth fixture of the season, and only 48 hours after a tough battle at Tavistock, Millbrook looked a tired outfit and could not find their rhythm.

This proved a fixture too far for Millbrook after a hectic week as impressive Tavistock ran out comfortable Western Prem winners at Jenkins Park.Josh Grant’s 33rd minute goal ended the home side’s resistance and although they enjoyed a period of pressure in the early part of the second half, they were made to pay for failing to find an equaliser.
