Gary Johnson's table-topping Gulls were due to host the third placed Clarets on Saturday but the game was postponed due to a waterlogged Plainmoor pitch following torrential downpours.

The match referee inspected Plainmoor at 1245 and decided the game should be postponed due to a waterlogged pitch following torrential downpours and despite best efforts of United's ground staff.

Dean Stamp's double sealed Rovers success, scoring on 15 and 84 minutes.
